Presently, Clementine is the Policy and Research Coordinator at the local Fair Housing Organization, Housing Opportunities Made Equal (HOME) of Greater Cincinnati. She leads the organization’s research and advocacy work including HOME’s production and publication of the 2026 Status Update to the Roadmap for Increasing Black Homeownership, Home Mortgage Lending Trends in Hamilton County: 2018 – 2023, the 2023 Status Update to the Roadmap for Increasing Black Homeownership, and Levied: Reports on Property Tax Inequity. Her work has received press coverage in various local and regional publications including on-air interviews with WVXU, Cincinnati's public radio and NPR member station. 

Clementine is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum laude. In her final year, she spent 8-months combatting election subversion while working at the Democracy Division of the ACLU's National Political Advocacy Department. Before that, Clementine worked as a Litigation Fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project to free wrongfully incarcerated Ohioans.

Clementine has earned multiple awards in recognition of her outstanding academic performance in law school, including the Henry A. Morrill Constitutional Law II Prize and awards for receiving the highest grades in Constitutional Law II, Election Law, Legislation & Statutory Interpretation, and Computer Crime Law. Prior to law school, Clementine graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with their B.A. in Political Science. She is a member of the national honor societies Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha.

In 2020, at 21-years-old, she was the campaign manager for Morgan Showen's campaign in Ohio Statehouse District 54. Clementine led a young diverse campaign staff through the ever-evolving challenges of campaigning during a global pandemic. Despite a 60R - 40D district, the campaign raised over $38,000 in small donor contributions and earned more votes than any challenger in district history.

Clementine’s work focuses on understanding and addressing structural problems in the American political and legal systems. She is passionate about demystifying the complex and interrelated problems we deal with every day.
